Jenelle Evans has not been having a good week.

One could argue that she hasn't been having a good decade, but let's just focus on what's happening right now, OK?

If you've been keeping up with Teen Mom 2's biggest mess, then you know that she got very, very upset yesterday after receiving some bad news about her latest business venture.

She'd been working for a while on a "clothing line," or really just some private label clothing that some company agreed to let her slap her name on, and next week she was all set to reveal the line.

Unfortunately for her, the company she was working with figured out that she's not, you know, a good person, and they canceled her line.

She announced all of this in a very dramatic TikTok video -- she explained the situation in her caption, and then the video was just her crying and looking at the camera.

The thing is that no one really feels all that sorry for her because these are consequences of her own actions.

Jenelle has been saying and doing truly terrible things for years and years now, and it makes total sense that most businesses wouldn't want to be associated with her after learning about those things.

Still, she seems to be having quite the pity party for herself, and part of that was reacting to a post shared by The Neighborhood Talk, a celebrity news Instagram.

The headline to their post read "Teen Mom Jenelle Evans Cries Her Lil Eyes Out After Her Clothing Line Was Canceled for Coming for LeBron James Over His Kyle Rittenhouse Comments," which was objectively hilarious.

But it also introduces a new level to Jenelle's terrible, horrible, no good, very bad week.

OK, so you're probably familiar with the story of Kyle Rittenhouse, the guy who is currently on trial for shooting three people (and killing two of them) during a Black Lives Matter protest last summer in Wisconsin.

His trial has been a huge story this week, and many of those stories were about how much he cried in court.

LeBron James, like many others, commented on Rittenhouse's tears on Twitter, writing "What tears????? I didn't see one. That boy ate some lemon heads before walking into court."

He added some laughing emojis to cap off his joke, and Jenelle found the whole thing very offensive.

"My kids watched Space Jam and looked up to you," she admonished. "Now I know what type of person you are. #truth, oh and Mr. Jordan's version was WAY better lol."

She also added "Next time there's grown adults making fun of your kids ... don't try and defend them when you act the same way."

This take is dumb for a lot of reasons, but mostly because Kyle Rittenhouse is 18 years old, not a minor, and although he was 17 last year when he murdered two people, it's not like he's some innocent kid that's being made fun of for no reason.

It's also worth mentioning that David Eason made fun of Kaiser, her own child, to his face when he and Jenelle first started dating and she went on to marry him, so she doesn't exactly have room to talk on the subject.

Tons of people were calling her out for these comments, which seems to be why this page assumed they were the reason why her clothing line was canceled.

But as Jenelle explained in some videos she shared on her own Instagram today, there's more to the story.

"Y'all wanna try to cancel me for an opinion I have about somebody, just because he's your favorite basketball player," she began.

"I can give a sh-t less about basketball. I can give a sh-t less about who your favorite basketball player is. The fact that a grown adult is making fun of a minors is f-cked up. But yeah, carry on, carry on with your day."

Again, Rittenhouse is not a minor and also he killed two people, but for some reason, Jenelle seems positive that the real issue here is bullying.

In another video, she continued ranting, saying "And for you to make fun of me crying and then LeBron makes fun of him crying just goes to show that y'all don't give a sh-t about mental health awareness at all. And it's sick."

"And the whole world needs to f-cking understand exactly how to deal with mental illnesses, and making fun of them is the number one thing not to f-cking do."

Quick note: crying is not indicative of mental illness. Everyone cries. It's healthy to cry. You can't do horrible things and then be absolved of those things just because you cry about it.

In yet another video, she insisted that she never gave her opinion on Rittenhouse -- although if your instinct is to defend him against some harmless comments about his crying, that does say something -- and that her sole issue was with Lebron being "immature to minors."'

"I don't like that behavior, and I don't want my kids seeing that behavior or looking up to someone with that behavior," she said, once again forgetting about the kind of person she married.

Going back to the clothing line, she wanted to make it clear that her tweets to LeBron weren't the reason that it fell through.

She said that the line was canceled "because of my past, because I have people sending articles about my past. It has nothing to do with LeBron James, let me tell you."

With her customary smug smile, she asked "Do you think for a second the clothing line cares about basketball? No. Let me just inform you, they don't care about basketball. They probably don't even know who LeBron James is, honestly."

Could you even imagine being this delusional?

After making all of those videos, she made one final text post:

"My mental health is number 1," the post read. "Honestly I'm so depressed I need time away from social media. Pray for me. Thanks."

She deleted the videos, then made her accounts private.

This is probably the first smart thing she's said in all of this -- time away from social media would almost certainly do her some good, and of course it's important to take care of your mental health.

But besides that, it's just sort of difficult to feel sorry for Jenelle because again, all of the bad things that are happening now are just the consequences of her own actions.

And it's also difficult to hear her get up on that high horse about mental health awareness considering the completely reprehensible things she's said and done to other people, and especially what she's willingly exposed her children to.

Do you think she can ever come back from this?

In recent months, several Teen Mom cast members have attracted criticism as a result of sponsored content that they've posted on their social media accounts.

If you follow any of the Moms on Instagram, you probably know the sort of post we're talking about:

They usually consist of a brief, vague description of a celebrity gossip or news item (often having to do with another cast member) along with instructions to follow the "#LinkInBio" for the full scoop.

Most of the time, these posts are harmless, and in the best cases, they constitute a sort of win-win situation:

Fans get directed to content that's likely to be of interest to them, and the Teen Mom cast member gets to supplement her income by serving as a sort of go-between.

Recently, however, this practice has sparked some major ethical concerns.

The trouble began when fans complained about clickbait posted by Maci Bookout on her page.

First, she was accused of knowingly spreading misinformation about her co-stars.

Shortly thereafter, Maci's followers criticized her for exploiting the tragic death of Gabby Petito by posting sensationalist content about her murder.

Maci has not commented on the situation, and it's unclear if she intends to be more conscientious with regard to the links she posts in the future.

In any event, Teen Moms and paid content are making headlines once again this week, thanks to claims made by Mackenzie McKee on Instagram Live.

As you may recall, Mackenzie was snubbed by the other Moms when the cast gathered in Los Angeles for this year's Teen Mom OG reunion show.

In the video, McKee says that despite the mistreatment she's endured at the hands of her castmates, she'll never post misleading content about them.

As a result, she was disappointed to learn that they apparently don't hold themselves to the same ethical standards.

Briana DeJesus and Jade Cline both posted Instagram Stories directing fans to an article in which "Mackenzie confirms her sibling died."

The link leads to a story about Mackenzie's brother Mike, who died of a blood clot when she was just 11 years old.

While the details of the situation are made clear in the article, the description of the story might give the impression that the death happened recently.

In addition to the obvious ethical concerns, Mackenzie says this is a problem because it might lead fans to conclude that her other brother has recently passed away.

In her video (above) she calls out the cast members who posted the content, as well as Relic Agency, Inc., the public relations firm that offered the sponsored content deal to several Teen Mom cast members (including Mackenzie, who reluctantly turned it down).

"Everyone knows I have a brother who is alive, he works for me. It sounds pretty insensitive. This is a really touchy topic," McKee told her followers.

"This is about my brother, who passed away. You're trying to make people think my brother who is alive is dead, or this is recent. He died 15 years ago," she continued.

"I get on social media media and they've all posted it. This is no hate towards anyone because I know they probably don't even know it's up," Mackenzie said.

"This clickbait stuff is not okay. It's toxic and it's evil and it's spreading lies about each other. It is not a good way to make money."

In an exclusive statement to The Hollywood Gossip, Relic gives a very different account of the situation.

The company also provided us with screenshots of text messages as proof that Mackenzie's claims about their interactions are inaccurate.

A statement from the company reads as follows:

“We have worked with Mackenzie McKee for many years on and off. She has made over $14,000 over the years over this ‘clickbait’ she now claims to have an issue with.

"For a long time, Mackenzie took no issue with posting about the other women. And, while she did eventually stop doing daily postings with us like [some others] do, she still would allow us to occasionally do posts that were about her (like she said in the video).

“We should also note Mackenzie is far from innocent in her behavior.

"She’s in the past texted us cursing at us over articles we’ve never written and then used us to get her truth out there.

"It is our feeling that her 'calling us out' isn’t about us but to seek revenge on the other women for them excluding her and to cover up her racist comments.

"In other texts with us last night, she stated she is calling the girls out and that her business has suffered. She didn’t call the girls out; her business suffering is in no way related to stories about her."

Screenshots from the text messages between Mackenzie and Relic reveal that McKee did turn down an offer to post a link to the story about her brother for a one-time fee of $500.

It should be noted, however, that she did not raise any objections to the story or the idea of posting it for a fee.

Mackenzie and Relic were simply unable to agree to terms, initially because she had an agreement with another firm that prevented her from changing the link in her bio.

When she contacted that company and received permission to change the link, however, a new complication arose.

Mackenzie and the Relic representative were unable to reach an agreement with regard to what sort of language she should use while promoting the content.

"Let's say 'opening up about my brother's death' people are not liking the original click bait captions let's make it more organic," Mackenzie wrote at one point.

"When it comes to death. People get really upset it's a pretty touchy topic," she later texted in response to Relic's efforts to offer a more palatable arrrangement.

"Confirming sounds like this [is] new ... Like my family will kill me."

"I understand this is a business and I hate that I'm so hard to work with I really do but I'm already under a lot of fire and I don't think my family is going to like this," Mackenzie explained to the company.

The conversation ended on civil terms, with the representative making it clear that the offer would be passed on to Mackenzie's co-stars.

"Ok maybe just pass then [never mind]," the representative wrote.

"We'll just let the others post it -- we'll figure out something else eventually."

Obviously, this is a complex situation, and both sides make compelling arguments.

Mackenzie's brother Mike, who was developmentally disabled, was adopted by her parents when his biological mother passed away.

He died at the age of 55, and while Mackenzie was just 11 years old at the time, she says the two of them developed a very close bond during his time with the family.

So it's not hard to see why social media content related to Mike's passing would be a sensitive subject for Mackenzie.

That said, she didn't raise any objection to the content during her conversation with Relic.

Indeed, it seems that she would have happily posted a link to the story for $500 if she and the firm had been able to sort out the details.

But even with that being the case, it's easy to see how Mackenzie might be upset by the fact that her co-stars - several of whom have become rivals in recent weeks - were cashing in by offering the public misleading information about her brother's death.

It's a lot to digest.

Stories such as this one serve to remind us that social media is still relatively new, and we're in unprecedented territory with some of these thorny ethical conundrums.

The best thing that any of us can do is err on the side of caution and proceed with empathy and compassion in all of our online interactions.

The first romantic domino has fallen on Sister Wives.

Will the rest soon collapse along with it?

That's the question TLC viewers around the nation are asking in the wake of Christine Brown choosing to finally walk away from a very unhealthy and unhappy marriage.

"After more than 25 years together. Kody and I have grown apart and I have made the difficult decision to leave," Christine wrote on social media back on November 2, adding:

"We will continue to be a strong presence in each other's lives as we parent our beautiful children and support our wonderful family.

"At this time, we ask for your grace and kindness as we navigate through this stage within our family."

For the most part, fans have provided Christine with just this grace and kindness -- but that doesn't mean they aren't VERY curious about a couple topics.

First, are things really over between her and Kody?

Yes, it appears, based on what Christine has said in a few recent Cameo videos.

"Thank you for supporting me with leaving Kody, the decision was a long time coming and I feel like a much better person divorced than I ever did,” Christine told a fan this week.

“Life is so great. Like, I had no idea life could be simple. I had no idea it could be simple."

Doesn't sound like someone anxious to return to a life of polygamy, does it?

“It’s a new chapter for her and she’s excited to see what the future holds,” an Us Weekly source reported on Thursday, noting that Christine will “never go back” to her ex-spouse.

This same insider adds that Christine feels "very empowered" at the moment, which is why we can't help but also wonder the following:

Will any Sister Wives leave Kody next?

We all know how unhappy Meri has been ever since Kody filed to divorce her in 2014 so that he could tie the knot with Robyn instead.

By many accounts, Meri has already left Kody, as she spends a great deal of time running her bed and breakfast in Utah and/or posting memes about how happy she is without a man.

“She and Kody have had zero relationship -- it’s all fake,” a source tod Us Weekly several days ago.

“They’re together for TV, essentially.”

What about Janelle?

She announced this summer that she was living in a trailer in Arizona, and then very recently updated fans that she's moving to temporary housing for the winter.

It doesn't sound as if she has a ton going on in Flagstaff -- and it wouldn't surprise us one bit if she joined Christine in her native state at some point.

Just try to think of the last time you saw Janelle and Kody together.

What about Robyn?

She's the only spouse seemingly happy with Kody, which some say is the entire reason Christine couldn't handle the relationship any longer.

"The big reason why she split from him is because Kody has been completed devoted to Robyn for the past five or six years," according to a source.

"That hasn’t changed at all."

TLC has said that the Sister Wives season ahead will focus on the tension between all four women and Kody amid the COVID-19 pandemic, meaning we may very well see another shakeup down the line.

“All the wives knew and were aware of the split, so it wasn’t news to them,” an Us Weekly insider now says.

“If anything, it sort of inspired the others in one way or another to reevaluate their position.”

Kody knows it, too.

“Meri could not be any farther removed from the other wives and Kody,” this same tabloidd explains, adding of Kody:

“He’s trembling and worried that Meri or Janelle are going to leave him.”

Since seeking help and getting sober, Mama June Shannon has been working to mend the tattered bonds with her family.

Her downward spiral was a blow to her relationships, her finances, her health, and even her looks.

In baby steps and great leaps, June has been picking up the pieces and setting things right.

Her latest triumph? A glamorous new look following a makeover.

Mama June Shannon knew exactly how to get the word out this week about her hot new 'do.

Taking to social media, she gave her fans and followers a glimpse of her new look.

As much as we admire her regal blonde waves, the smile of genuine happiness is what really sells this picture for us.

June's smile was not so bright just a couple of years ago.

In very early 2020, just after she make the courageous choice to get help and get clean, June began to post on social media more actively.

At that time, fans noticed that she was missing a tooth.

It turned out that one of June's veneers -- from her previous makeover years earlier -- had come off.

June claimed that it was from "biting into a fat cake," though some fans questioned if this was the truth.

Either way, June was able to get it fixed that spring, restoring her smile.

June has continued to reassemble her image, in more ways than one.

Her main focus, of course, is maintaining her sobriety.

It is reported that June's focus on staying clean was part of what drove her and Geno Doak to break up.

June needs to stay clean or it would mean violating her parole.

It could also mean losing her reality TV gig.

Most of all, a relapse on June's part could mean alienating her family by again betraying their trust.

June previously had a large, nice house in the suburbs.

She lost that house, selling it for well under its value after it was visibly damaged during her downward spiral with Geno.

Having spent a veritable fortune on drugs, June now needs to rebuild her fortune.

Fortunately for her, she is a reality star, which means that she can bond with her family and make money at the same time.

Part of that means filming Mama June: Road to Redemption.

Part of that means other stints on other reality shows, including The Masked Singer.

June and her teenage daughter Alana Thompson shared a "beach ball" costume on that singing competition.

Even if many people feel that the show is too absurd to exist and inherently problematic, it did give June and Alana a chance to bond.

In fact, it was the first time that the two of them ever worked together on a project in California while June was sober.

June had been, for various reasons, living in Florida.

These days, she is living much closer to her family in Georgia.

We are sure that there are both practical and personal motivations behind the move, but it looks like a step in the right direction.

It's official:

Carter Reum wants to spend a lot more than one night in Paris.

On Thursday, the entrepreneur exchanged vows with Paris Hilton at a private estate in Los Angeles.

According to People Magazine, the event was attended by such well-known friends as Kim Kardashian West, Kyle Richards and Paula Abdul

"My forever begins today... 11/11," Hilton captioned a photo in herself wedding gown, adding the hashtags #JustMarried and #ForeverHiltonReum to the post.

Reum and Hilton have been dating for over two years and do appear to be very much in love.

However, a number of observers can't help but wonder if the timing of these nuptials has anything to do with Hilton's ongoing professional endeavors.

To wit: 

The wedding festivities are scheduled to continue with a pair of additional upcoming parties -- all of which will be captured by the cameras of the reality star's new 13-part docuseries, Paris in Love.

It premiered Thursday, November 11 on Peacock and new episodes will be released every Thursday over the next several weeks.

Reum also hyped up the ceremony on the latest installment of his now-wife's podcast.

"It is definitely going to be your fairytale wedding," said the venture capitalist on air, adding:

"That first kiss and that first hug and as we always say, the electric bolts that are going to shoot between us -- I'm going to think about all those memories."

Hilton revealed she was most "nervous" for the first dance, explaining on this same episode:

"I have not had a free second. I did dancing lessons twice; it's just hard."

No word yet on just how this first dance went for the newlyweds.

The couple, who got engaged in February after a romantic beachside proposal, started dating in November 2019 after being reconnected through friends.

"We just had this incredible chemistry," Hilton told People last year.

"We had our first date and haven't spent a night apart since. It's pretty amazing.

"Before, I don't think I was ready for a good relationship. If you don't know yourself fully, you can't let someone else in. I feel so grateful to have found the perfect match.

"And this feels like it was always meant to happen. I feel like this is meant to be.

The former sex tape star is certainly saying all the right things, isn't she?

"When you find your soulmate, you don't just know it. You feel it," Hilton wrote on Instagram after getting engaged.

"My love & I have been together since our first date, and for my birthday, he arranged a special trip to tropical paradise. As we walked to dinner along the beach, Carter led us to a cabana adorned with flowers and dropped to one knee.

"I said yes, yes to forever. There's no one I'd rather spend forever with."

We're not sure if their union will last, but we'll be watching to find out every step of the way!

Even though Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are divorcing, Ye himself isn't quite acting like it.

Between reportedly being mad about Pete Davidson to still calling her his "wife," it feels like he hasn't gotten the memo.

This also extends to, sadly, Kanye's continuing fixation upon unhinged conspiracy theories.

He believes that "plants" from "Hollywood" are actively sabotaging Kim's chances of becoming an attorney.

Kanye West still calls Kim his "wife," and explained why this makes sense to him.

"At the end of the day, I ain’t got the paperwork yet," he said in a recent interview.

"So," Kanye explained, "I’m gonna come on this joint and try to save my family and keep my family together."

Immediately, Kanye launched into a bizarre claim about "plants" placed around Kim.

He thinks that these agents are also around other celebrities, aiming to manipulate and guide them.

Kanye's "reasoning" is that, because artists and celebrities are egomaniacs, a normal person wouldn't want to hang out with them.

Part of that may be the closest that Kanye West has come to self-awareness in a long time.

But the moment was short-lived, because he explained that he's suspicious of anyone who spends time with any famous person.

He seems specifically concerned about people around his ex -- sorry, his "wife." One guy in particular.

There is an attorney who has beeh helping Kim as she endeavors to pass the bar exam and get her legal license.

Kanye shared that Kim has twice failed the bar exam -- not uncommon for those pursuing a legal career.

Kim took the bar a third time, over the summer, and is apparently still awaiting results.

Kanye recalled a time when he was on the phone while Kim was "in a session" with this guy.

"The lawyer got on the phone and started making bad suggestions, and I was like, man this dude’s an idiot," he remarked.

"They got an idiot training my wife," Kanye continued, "she gonna fail the bar the third time."

Now, hearing Kanye call someone an "idiot" could mean anything -- seriously, anything.

But he's not just suggesting that the guy is an incompetent lawyer who gives Kim bad advice.

Kanye openly speculated that maybe this is part of some malevolent scheme to sabotage Kim's ambitions.

"I feel like there’s people who might not want Kim Kardashian to become a lawyer," Kanye suggested.

"Because you know what happens if Kim Kardashian becomes a lawyer?" he asked.

"That shirt gets a little bit higher," Kanye predicted, "that cleavage gets a little bit more covered up."

Kanye followed his twisted theory to its "logical" conclusion.

"There’s 14-year-old girls, 17-year-old girls that’s posing a little bit, they want to become a lawyer," Kanye imagined.

He added of his influencer ex: "She affects people in that way."

"There’s people that don’t want her to affect these women in that way," Kanye claimed.

He added: "They want her to affect them in that other way."

He is suggesting an elaborate conspiracy to stop teenage girls from pursing law degrees, all centered upon Kim.

"They could put a lawyer that give you all the right things and just enough wrong things that you miss your test by this much," Kanye claimed.

He did not explain who "they" are, which is always part of the magic of these wild conspiracy theories.

"‘You’ll get ‘em next time,'" Kanye characterized these sinister manipulators as saying. Oh dear.

Come on, Isaiah Washington.

The veteran actor went on quite the Twitter rampage this week, lashing out at a pair of his former Grey's Anatomy co-stars in forceful and controversial fashion.

The rant came days after Washington first trashed Patrick Dempsey as a toxic presence on the set of this ABC drama.

"He was called Pilot Poison. No one wanted him on the show. They wanted Rob Lowe," Washington said late last month as a guest on Tavis Smiley's KBLA Talk 1580 radio show, adding of Dempsey:

"He was not a nice guy from day one."

Washington was fired from Grey's Anatomy in 2007 after hurling a homophobic slur on set -- although he did return later for a surprising cameo.

Dempsey, meanwhile, was also let go from Grey's Anatomy, leaving the show halfway through Season 11 -- although he also returned for a number of episodes years later.

On social media a couple days ago, meanwhile, Washington positively WENT OFF on both Dempsey and Grey's Anatomy lead Ellen Pompeo.

In response to a fan that claiming Demspey was fired from the show due a problem with punctuality, Washington replied:

You actually believe that’s why his contract wasn’t renewed? @PatrickDempsey needed cover. Ntm it’s insanely aggro to yell at cast members after repeatedly being late when ur literally not in charge.

@PatrickDempsey is a raging narcissist!

Washington was only getting started on Monday, however.

After dragging Dempsey hard, the actor went even harder after Pompeo.

I only had maybe 7 scenes with @EllenPompeo for the 3 years I was on the show, Washington wrote.

Executives told @shondarhimes to limit my scenes with her, because I dominated them and revealed her mediocre talent. So I’m a b**h, because I’m talented?

This is the Queen that the world loves?

A white woman that publicly disparages a black man and former cast mate? She’s insane and grossly insecure.

She’s disrespectful and disgusting actually.

Back on November 7, Washington alleged that Pompeo was paid $2 million in "hush money" to keep quiet about Dempsey's intolerablle behavior on set back in the day.

He also said he was open to a return to Grey's Anatomy...

... under one condition.

Under one condition that fans are likely to laugh uproariously over.

Neither Dempsey nor Pompeo has responded to Washington calling them out in such public and brazen fashion.

We doubt either will do so, either.

In September, meanwhile, Pompeo also made headlines after excerpts from the How to Save a Life: The Inside Story of Grey's Anatomy went viral.

According to the author of that book, Lynette Rice, the Grey's Anatomy cast often has felt the need to "kiss the ring" when it came to Pompeo -- which is to say, they had to seek her permission to do almost anything on set.

Specifically, issues have arisen over when to take backstage photos... who can take backstage photos... and what then happens to these backstage photos.

Talking to E! News in September, Rice shared the story of an unnamed former co-star who ended up without a job because she defied Pompeo's unwritten rules.

"It was this weird thing that she was taking pictures behind-the-scenes.

"But Ellen got to the point where it really became Ellen's set, so you should really check in with mom, just let her know, 'FYI, doing this, are you OK?' She didn't do that."

As a result?

The anonymous series regular met her "downfall," and ultimately was fired from Grey's Anatomy, Rice alleged a few weeks ago.

"You've got to get the book to see who it is," she then teased in the interview.
